Angela Quentina Arnold, born on September 10, 1996, is a talented American professional wrestler. She is best known by her wrestling name, A. Q. A.. She started her wrestling journey in 2018 with Booker T's Reality of Wrestling. Later, she also wrestled for big companies like WWE in 2021, where she was known as Zayda Ramier, and All Elite Wrestling (AEW) in 2022.

A. Q. A.'s Wrestling Journey
Angela Arnold was trained by the famous wrestler Booker T. She learned her skills at his wrestling school, Reality of Wrestling. During her time there, she became a champion twice. She won the ROW Diamonds Division Championship, which is the top women's title in that company. On June 18, 2022, AQA had a big match against Athena. She challenged Athena for the Warrior Wrestling Women's Championship but was not able to win the title.
Time in WWE
On March 31, 2021, Angela Arnold made her first appearance in WWE. She used the wrestling name Zayda Ramier. Her debut match was on NXT, where she teamed up with Gigi Dolin. They faced The Way, which included Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell. Zayda Ramier and Gigi Dolin lost this tag team match.
However, Zayda Ramier quickly showed her skills. On April 27, 2021, she faced Toni Storm on NXT. Zayda Ramier won this match, marking her first victory in WWE. Later that year, she had to stop wrestling for a while due to health reasons. On November 4, 2021, WWE decided to release her from her contract.
Joining All Elite Wrestling
On February 9, 2022, AQA made her debut in All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Her first match was on Dynamite. She challenged Jade Cargill for the AEW TBS Championship. AQA fought hard but lost the match.
Just two days later, Tony Khan, who runs AEW, announced that AQA had officially signed with the company. This was exciting news for her fans. However, about six months later, on July 18, 2022, AQA announced she was taking a break from professional wrestling. She explained that wrestling had been very tough on her mind and body.
Return to Wrestling
After taking a break, AQA decided to return to professional wrestling. On May 7, 2025, she announced on her social media that she would be wrestling again. Her first match back was on June 1, 2025, for the New Texas Pro Wrestling promotion. This marked her return to the ring after three years away.
