Agency Township is a community located in Roberts County, South Dakota, in the United States. It is a type of local government area called a township.
This township is part of the Lake Traverse Indian Reservation. This reservation is the home of the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate, a Native American tribe. The main offices for the tribe, known as Agency Village, are found within the township. Sisseton Wahpeton College, a college run by the tribe, is also located here.
