Aisha Alfa's Journey
Aisha was born in Nigeria and grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She is the sister of musician and radio host Ismaila Alfa. When she was younger, she played soccer. Later, she decided to become an entertainer.
Getting Started in Comedy
In 2011, Aisha won a comedy contest in Winnipeg called "Funniest Person with a Day Job." After that, she moved to Toronto to work more on her acting and comedy career. She appeared in movies like An American Girl: McKenna Shoots for the Stars. She was also a regular on MuchMusic's Video on Trial.
