Bartolomé Ángel Venancio Alberto Vaccarezza (1886–1959) was a famous Argentine writer. He wrote many plays and poems.

He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on April 1, 1886. Vaccarezza is best known for his plays called sainetes. These were short, funny plays about everyday life in Buenos Aires.

His most popular play was El Conventillo de La Paloma. This play showed life in a big shared house called a tenement.

Alberto Vaccarezza was also a good friend of the famous singer Carlos Gardel. He even spoke at Gardel's funeral.

Besides writing, he led two important groups. He was the head of Argentores, which is a group for writers and playwrights. He also led Casa del Teatro, a charity that helps actors who are retired and need a place to live.

He passed away in Buenos Aires on August 6, 1959.
