Alf Handrahan played professional ice hockey for five years. He was part of the World Hockey Association (WHA). During his career, he played for several teams. These included the Tulsa Oilers and the Oklahoma City Blazers. He also played for the Fort Worth Texans and the Cincinnati Stingers.
