Early Life and High School
Ally Prisock grew up in Fontana, California, with her parents, Aaron Prisock and Nickie Jennings, and her sisters, Ashley and Alyssa. She went to Rancho Cucamonga High School. Ally was very dedicated to soccer from a young age. She even took extra summer classes to finish high school early. This allowed her to start training with the University of Southern California team in the spring of her senior year.
College Soccer Career
Ally played soccer for the University of Southern California Trojans for four years. She was a key player when her team won the NCAA Tournament Championship in 2016. During her time at USC, Ally played in every single game, making 90 appearances. This set a record for the most games played by a Trojan soccer player. She was also one of only three players in the team's history to start every game in their first year. Ally was known for her hard work and commitment to training every day. She helped her team reach the NCAA tournament four times in a row. By the end of her college career, she was named a first-team All-American. She was also a semifinalist for the MAC Hermann Trophy, which is a big award for college soccer players.
Professional Soccer Journey
Playing for Houston Dash
In 2019, Ally Prisock was chosen by the Houston Dash in the 2019 NWSL College Draft. She was the 12th player picked overall in the second round. She joined the Dash for their preseason training and played in a preseason game. The Houston Dash officially signed Ally to their team in April 2019. She played her first regular season game for the Dash on June 15, 2019. Ally played for the Houston Dash until February 2024, when her contract with the team ended.
Playing for Her Country
Ally Prisock also played for the United States national soccer teams at different age levels. She was called to camps for the U-14, U-15, and U-17 national teams. Her first game for the U-19 national team was against the New Zealand women's national team. In her second game, which was against the New Zealand U-20 team, Ally scored a goal!
