Ally Samantha Prisock (born January 18, 1997) is an American professional soccer player. She plays as a defender. Ally has played for teams like the Houston Dash and represented the United States at the youth level.

Early Years and High School Soccer
Ally Prisock was born on January 18, 1997. She grew up in Fontana, California, with her parents, Aaron Prisock and Nickie Jennings, and her sisters, Ashley and Alyssa.
Ally went to Rancho Cucamonga High School. She was a very dedicated student and athlete. In her junior year, she decided to play soccer for the University of Southern California (USC). To get a head start, she took extra summer classes. This allowed her to finish high school early in December of her senior year. By graduating early, she could join USC's spring soccer training right away.
College Soccer Career
Ally played college soccer for four years at the University of Southern California Trojans. Her time there was very successful. In 2016, her team even won the NCAA Tournament Championship!
Ally played in every single game during her college career. She made 90 appearances, which is a record for a Trojan player. She was also one of only three players in the team's history to start every game in their first year. Ally was known for her strong commitment to training every day. She helped her team reach the NCAA tournament four times in a row. By the end of her college career, she was named a first-team All-American. She was also a semifinalist for the MAC Hermann Trophy, which is a big award for college soccer players.
Professional Soccer Career
Playing for the Houston Dash
In 2019, Ally Prisock entered the 2019 NWSL College Draft. This is where professional teams pick college players. The Houston Dash, a team in the NWSL, chose her in the second round. She was the 12th player picked overall.
Ally joined the Dash for their preseason training in 2019. She played in a preseason game against Texas A&M. In April 2019, the Houston Dash officially signed her to their team. She played her first regular season game on June 15, 2019. Ally played for the Houston Dash until February 2024. During her time with the Dash, she played in 52 games and scored 1 goal. She also spent some time playing on loan for Issy in France.
International Soccer Experience
Ally Prisock also played for the United States national youth teams. She was first called to training camps for the U-14, U-15, and U-17 national teams.
She made her first appearance for the U-19 national team. This game was against the New Zealand women's national team. In her second game, against the New Zealand U-20 team, Ally scored a goal!
