The Alouette Cheese products are: Soft Spreadable Cheese, Crème de Brie, Baby Brie, Crème Fraîche, Elégante, and Crumbled Cheese. Sold throughout the US, its most popular variety is the Crème de Brie, which is spreadable Brie Cheese without the rind.

Events
On October 15, 2012 Alouette cheese was used for the Master Holiday Chef Challenge. It required 14 top chefs to compete in a holiday recipe challenge. They are required to make extravagant holiday meals that are inspired by their locality. Consumers were able to vote for their favorite chefs and recipes online. On the date of February 16, Alouette started to produce new kinds of spreadable cheddars to sell. The new flavors were Sharp Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Cheddar Cheese that come in 6 ounce containers. They are made with Grade A milk and 12 month-aged cheese. They are Kosher certified and gluten-free.
