Florine Anne Upton Baldwin (born June 28, 1892 – died September 8, 1970) was a talented American composer and radio writer. She published her creative works using the name Anne Upton.
Anne Upton was born in Marble Falls, Arkansas, a small town in Arkansas. Her parents were Canzadia Ramsey and Albert Franklin Upton. She had a son named Rex Allen Head, who was born in Texas in 1916. Around 1926, she married Donald A. Baldwin. Anne lived in Los Angeles, California, from at least 1930 until she passed away in 1970. We don't know much about her early music lessons. However, she did study writing at the Frederick Palmer Institute of Authorship in Hollywood, California.
