Anquette was an American R&B music group from Miami, Florida, U.S.. They became known in 1986 when they released a song that responded to another popular track.

The group's first album, Respect, came out in 1988. This album included their own version of the famous song "Respect" by Aretha Franklin. It also featured a song called "I Will Always Be There for You," which reached number 76 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles and Tracks chart in 1989. Another song on the album was a rap track titled "Janet Reno." Other well-known songs by Anquette include "Ghetto Style" and "Shake It (Do the 61st)."

Anquette released new music again in 1997. They put out a song called "My Baby Mama." This song was a rap response to "My Baby Daddy" by B-Rock and the Bizz.
