Asia Brewery makes many different kinds of drinks. These include refreshing iced tea, bottled water, and fizzy soft drinks. They also make special malt drinks. Another company, Tanduay Distillers, Inc., which is also part of the same group, makes other types of drinks.
Popular Malt Drinks
Asia Brewery offers several popular malt drinks in the Philippines. Their main brand is called Beer na Beer. It was first launched in 1988 with a different name. Later, its name was changed to Beer na Beer.
Another well-known malt drink from Asia Brewery is Colt 45, which started in 1995. It is one of their biggest brands.
Other Malt Drink Brands
The company also makes other malt drinks, some of which are sold in smaller amounts. These include Carlsberg, which was the first malt drink the company made in 1987. Other brands are Lone Star (launched in 2000), Lone Star Light (2002), Colt Ice (2003), and Lone Star ULTRA (2004). Lone Star ULTRA was the first low-carb malt drink in the country. They also offered Stag and Coors (2008).
Water and Other Beverages
Asia Brewery also produces bottled water. Their brand Absolute distilled drinking water is very popular. They also make Summit mineral water. Both of these water brands were launched in 1992.
In 1995, the company launched Q Shandy, a type of refreshing drink. In 1999, Pacific Sun iced tea was introduced. In 2009, Asia Brewery brought out Feelgood, which was the first juice drink in the Philippines to have special ingredients called prebiotics.
Asia Brewery also makes fizzy soft drinks. They have a special agreement to produce Virgin Cola from Virgin Drinks. They also help to give out other drinks like Summit Vitaminwater, ZeroCal, and 100Plus.
In 2008, Asia Brewery worked with Cobra International Beverage Holdings, Inc. to introduce the Philippine version of Cobra Energy Drink. This is a popular ready-to-drink energy drink available in the Philippines.
