Assumption College (Thai: โรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญ) is a private Catholic school for boys in Thailand. It was started in 1885 by Father Emile August Colombet. This makes it the third-oldest school in Thailand. Assumption College is located in Bang Rak, a district in Bangkok.

The school is well-known for being one of the four schools that take part in the Jaturamitr Samakkee. This is a traditional football match played between the four oldest boys' schools in Thailand. The other schools are Suankularb Wittayalai School, Debsirin School, and Bangkok Christian College.

Many famous people have graduated from Assumption College. This includes four former Prime Ministers of Thailand, who are leaders of the country's government. Many successful business people and fifteen privy counselors have also studied here. A privy counselor is a special advisor to the King. The very first student at the school, Mr. Siew Meng Tek, was also Chinese-Thai, and many students today are of Chinese-Thai background.

Assumption College is one of the most famous schools in Thailand. Over 50,000 students have received their education at Assumption College since it opened.
