Audrey Dalton is an Irish-born American actress. She was born on January 21, 1934. She became famous during the "Golden Age of Hollywood." This was a time when many classic movies were made in the United States. She worked as an actress from 1952 until 1978.

About Audrey Dalton
Audrey Dalton was born in Dublin, Ireland. Her father was Emmet Dalton. He was a soldier and also a film producer. Audrey was the third of five children in her family.
She went to school in Dublin at the Convent of the Sacred Heart. Later, her family moved to London. In London, she studied acting. She attended a famous school called the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA).
Starting Her Acting Career
Audrey moved to the United States on March 17, 1952. She quickly got a part in a movie. Her first role was in The Girls of Pleasure Island.
In 1953, she took a short break from acting. This was after her daughter was born. She returned to acting in 1954. After her break, she started playing roles without using her British accent.
Family Life
Audrey Dalton married James H. Brown in 1953. They had four children together. After 25 years of marriage, they divorced in 1977. In 1979, she married Rod F. Simenz. He was an engineer.

Audrey Dalton appeared in many television shows. She was in six episodes of Wagon Train. These episodes aired between 1958 and 1964.
In 1958, she played Ellen Curry in The Millionaire. Her character received a million-dollar check. She also appeared in Perry Mason in 1961. She played Kate Eastman in an episode called "The Case of the Injured Innocent." In 1962, she was in an episode of Gunsmoke called "The Renegades."
