Auke Lake is a beautiful lake located in Auke Bay in Juneau, Alaska. It covers about 160 acres (0.65 square kilometers). The local Tlingit people call it Áak'w or Yax̱te, which means 'little lake'.

Auke Lake offers some of the most photographed views in Juneau, Alaska. From the Glacier Highway side, you can see amazing views of Mount McGinnis and the Towers. These mountains create a beautiful backdrop for the lake.
