Aylin Nazlıaka was born in 1968 in Ankara, Turkey. She is a well-known Turkish politician and a successful businesswoman. She is a member of the Republican People's Party, often called CHP.

Her Journey in Education and Business

Aylin Nazlıaka studied economics at the Middle East Technical University. She also took part in a special program for future leaders at Harvard Kennedy School in the USA.

She started her career in the business world. When she was only 24 years old, she decided to create her own company. It was called HRM Consulting. This company became one of the most respected human resources consulting firms in Turkey. Human resources is all about helping companies find and manage their employees.

Aylin Nazlıaka became a leading expert in management and human resources in Turkey. In 2008, she also became a partner in an international human resources company. This company has offices in many countries around the world.

She often speaks at conferences both in Turkey and other countries. She has also written many articles for different journals. She even taught classes about Human Resources Management at Bilkent University.

Her Time as a Member of Parliament

Aylin Nazlıaka had a strong interest in politics. The Republican People's Party (CHP) invited her to join them. In 2010, she became a member of the Party Assembly.

In the 2011 elections, she was chosen to represent Ankara in the Turkish Parliament. This means she became a Deputy for Ankara. She was also part of committees that work on Turkey's relationship with the European Union.

Nazlıaka won elections again and continued to be a Member of Parliament for Ankara. She is known for creating the CHP's "Plus for the Youth" project. This project aims to give young people who are looking for jobs equal opportunities.
