Ayman Alatar (Arabic: أيمن الأعتر; born March 6, 1982) is a talented singer from Libya. He is known for his Arabic pop music. Ayman became famous when he won SuperStar in 2004. This popular TV show was like the Arabic version of American Idol.

Ayman's Early Life and Music Journey

Ayman Alatar was born in Tripoli, Libya. He started his music journey early. In 2001, he won the very first Libyan song festival. This was a big step for him.

Awards and Nominations

Ayman has been recognized for his music. In 2016, he was nominated for the Kora Awards. This is a big African music award. He was nominated for "Best Artist of North Africa" for his song "Hal El Awadem". He also received a nomination at the Afrima Awards in Nigeria that same year. This was for his song "Fi Galbi Kalam" from his third album.

Releasing His Music Albums

Ayman released his first album, Bahibak, in 2005. He also made a music video for the song "Bahibak". Ayman was the first Arabic singer who wasn't a native speaker of the Khaleeji dialect to release a full album in that style.

His second album, "Hal El Awadem", came out in November 2014. It was produced by Rotana Records, a well-known music company.

In February 2016, Ayman released his third album, "Fi Galbi Kalam". This was a mini-album with four Khaliji songs. A music video for the hit song "Fi Galbi Kalam" was also released by Rotana.

Live Performances and Collaborations

Ayman has performed at many important events. In 2015, he sang at the closing concert of the Febrayer Kuwait festival. He also took part in a special concert in Algeria to honor the late singer Warda Al-Jazairia.

In July 2016, Ayman was the main star at the TFK London Launch Party. This event was held under the support of Sheikh Majed Alsabah. Ayman and his team also organized a concert at Union Chapel, Islington in London. He was the first Arabic singer to perform with the London Community Gospel Choir.

In 2018, Ayman worked with the messaging app Viber. They released special stickers featuring Ayman for Viber users to enjoy.
