Barrington Henderson grew up surrounded by music. His mother, Joyce St. Amie, was a jazz singer. His stepfather, James Vaughn, was a well-known jazz pianist. Barrington traveled with them often. He started playing the drums when he was very young. This early start helped him become a great musician.
Joining Famous Groups
Bo Henderson joined several popular R&B groups. He was a member of the group Lakeside. Later, he sang with The Dramatics for about a year.
Singing with The Temptations
From 1998 to 2003, Bo Henderson was a lead singer for The Temptations. This group is very famous for its R&B and soul music. He took the place of Theo Peoples in the group. Bo Henderson left The Temptations in 2003.
