Benjamin Alexander Moore (born on May 13, 1995) is an American professional basketball player. He currently plays for PAOK in the Greek Basketball League and the FIBA Europe Cup. Before becoming a professional, he played college basketball for Southern Methodist University (SMU).

College Basketball Journey
Moore started his college basketball career at SMU. He came from Bolingbrook High School in Bolingbrook, Illinois. In high school, he was recognized as an all-state honorable mention. He was also a finalist for the Illinois Mr. Basketball award.
Freshman Year Success
During his first year at SMU, Moore quickly made an impact. He was named the American Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week three times. These awards came on November 11, 2013, January 27, 2014, and February 10, 2014. He showed great promise early in his college career.
College Career Highlights
By the end of his time in college, Moore had strong statistics. He averaged 9 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. These numbers showed his skill as a player.
Professional Basketball Career
After college, Ben Moore began his professional basketball journey. He joined several teams in different leagues.
Starting with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants (2017–2018)
Moore was not chosen in the 2017 NBA draft. However, on June 23, 2017, he signed a contract with the Indiana Pacers. This allowed him to play for them in the 2017 NBA Summer League. Later, on August 15, 2017, Moore joined the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. This team is part of the NBA G League and is connected to the Indiana Pacers.
Playing for the Indiana Pacers (2018)
On January 12, 2018, Moore signed a special two-way contract with the Indiana Pacers. This meant he could play for both the Pacers and their G League team, the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. He made his first NBA appearance on January 24, 2018. This game was against the Phoenix Suns, and he played for three minutes. Moore re-signed with the Pacers on September 21, 2018. However, he was later released by the team on November 3, 2018.
Return to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants (2018)
Just a few days later, on November 6, 2018, the Fort Wayne Mad Ants announced they had brought Moore back to their team.
Time with the San Antonio Spurs (2018–2019)
Moore signed another two-way contract on November 20, 2018. This time, it was with the San Antonio Spurs. He split his playing time between the Spurs and their G League team, the Austin Spurs. His time with the Spurs ended on July 1, 2019.
Playing in Turkey with Galatasaray (2019)
On September 12, 2019, Moore signed with Galatasaray Doğa Sigorta. This team plays in the Basketbol Süper Ligi in Turkey. He played with them until December 2, 2019, when he left the team.
Third Time with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants (2019–2020)
Moore returned to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants for a third time on December 12, 2019. During a game on January 13, 2020, he scored 17 points. He also grabbed a career-high 19 rebounds in that game. For the season, he averaged 13.9 points and 9.2 rebounds per game.
Playing in Australia (2020–2021)
On November 9, 2020, Moore signed a one-year deal with the South East Melbourne Phoenix. This team is part of the National Basketball League (NBL) in Australia. He averaged 10.4 points and 6.4 rebounds per game during his time there.
More G League and International Play (2022-Present)
Moore continued his career with various teams. On February 6, 2022, he joined the Memphis Hustle in the NBA G League. Later that year, on April 2, 2022, he signed with the Mets de Guaynabo in Puerto Rico. He had strong stats there, averaging 18.1 points and 9.1 rebounds per game.
He then moved to Israel, signing with Hapoel Be'er Sheva on July 30, 2022. He played there until 2023. On July 10, 2023, he signed with Çağdaş Bodrumspor in Turkey. In 2024, he joined Hapoel Gilboa Galil. Since 2025, he has been playing for PAOK Thessaloniki in Greece.
