The Bentall Centre is a huge group of office buildings and an underground shopping mall in Downtown Vancouver. It's located in the city's main business area. The Bentall Centre is made up of several tall buildings. Each one was built at a different time and has its own unique features. Let's take a closer look at them!
Bentall One: The First Tower
One Bentall Centre was the first building in the complex. It's located at 505 Burrard Street. This tower was finished in 1967. It stands 86 meters (about 282 feet) tall and has 22 floors.
Bentall Two: A Neighboring Tower
Two Bentall Centre is right next door at 555 Burrard Street. It was completed in 1969, just a couple of years after Bentall One. This building is 70 meters (about 230 feet) tall and has 18 floors. A company called WeWork is a major tenant here.
Bentall Three: Getting Taller
Three Bentall Centre is located at 595 Burrard Street. This building was finished in 1974. It's taller than the first two, reaching 122 meters (about 400 feet) high. It has 32 floors. The Bank of Montreal is a big business located in this tower.
Bentall Four: One of the Tallest
Four Bentall Centre is at 1055 Dunsmuir Street. It was completed in 1981. This is the tallest building in the Bentall Centre complex! It stands 138 meters (about 453 feet) tall and has 35 floors. It's currently one of the 12 tallest buildings in Vancouver.
