Blaketown is a small town located on the West Coast of New Zealand. It's a suburb just west of a bigger town called Greymouth. The Grey River flows between Blaketown and another place called Cobden. There's also a lagoon, the Blaketown Lagoon, that separates Blaketown from the main part of Greymouth.
Blaketown got its name from Isaac Blake. He was one of the first store owners in the area a long time ago.
