Brinkmann is a town in central Argentina. It's located in the Province of Córdoba. The town is part of the San Justo Department. It is about 272 km (169 mi) from the city of Córdoba. Brinkmann is also close to Mar Chiquita Lake. This lake is near the border with the Santa Fe province.

History of Brinkmann
Brinkmann was officially founded on December 30, 1892. However, its beginnings go back to 1890. The town was started by a German businessman named Julius Brinkmann. He is also known as Abraham Julius Brinkmann or Julio Brinkmann.

Provincial Route 1 is an important road. It connects Brinkmann to other towns and cities in Córdoba. This road continues north into the Santa Fe Province. There, it becomes Provincial Route 23.
