What's in Brown Rice Green Tea?
When you look at the ingredients before brewing, brown rice green tea has some nutrients. For example, 200 grams (7.1 oz) of the dry mix contains 610 kilocalories (2,600 kJ) (energy). It also has 141.6 grams (4.99 oz) of carbohydrate, 26 grams (0.92 oz) of protein, and 6.8 grams (0.24 oz) of fat. There is also a small amount of sodium (12 milligrams (0.19 gr)).
However, when you brew the tea, most of these nutrients do not end up in the liquid you drink. So, the brewed tea is not a major source of these nutrients.
