The Story of Bull's-Eye
Bull's-Eye barbecue sauce first came out in 1985. Its first slogan was The Big, Bold Taste of Bulls-Eye can't be beat. This meant it had a strong, great flavor that no other sauce could match. In 2009, Bull's-Eye started a fun marketing campaign. It was called the Bull's-Eye Brotherhood. This campaign included funny online videos. A Canadian comedian named Gerry Dee was in these videos.
Bull's-Eye at Burger King
For a while, Bull's-Eye sauce was used at Burger King fast food restaurants. It was a key ingredient in their Bulls-Eye BBQ burger. It was also used on the Rodeo Cheeseburger. However, in 2007, Burger King changed its sauce. They replaced Bull's-Eye with a different brand of barbecue sauce called Sweet Baby Ray's.
