César Évora started his acting career in Cuba. He appeared in more than ten movies there. In the early 1990s, he moved to Mexico to continue his career.
He became well-known for his roles in popular telenovelas. In 1993, he was in Corazón salvaje. The next year, he appeared in Agujetas de color de rosa.
In 1995, César Évora got his first main role in a telenovela called Si Dios Me Quita La Vida. He acted alongside Daniela Romo in this show. After this, he quickly became one of the most popular leading actors in the industry.
He starred in other successful telenovelas like Luz Clarita, Gente bien, and El Privilegio de Amar. He continued to appear in many hit shows, including La Madrastra, La esposa virgen, and Mundo de Fieras.
More recently, he has acted in telenovelas such as Al diablo con los guapos, En nombre del amor, and Triunfo del Amor. He also played important roles in Abismo de pasión and Amor Bravío.
