César Caillet Álvarez is a Chilean actor born on January 9, 1974, in Temuco, Chile. He went to school at the Instituto chileno-francés in Temuco. Even though he studied law and earned a degree, he decided to follow his passion for acting instead.
César studied theater at the school of Fernando González. He learned a lot from his teachers, including Marcelo Alonso, who became a big inspiration for him. By the time he was 29, César had become a successful actor. He first appeared in the TV show “Los Pincheira.” He became well-known for playing "Jaime" in “Ídolos” and later had a role in “Los Capo.” After these shows, he joined the drama team at Canal 13, acting in shows like Papi Ricky and the mini-series Héroes. He has worked in many Chilean soap operas, also known as telenovelas, including Los Pincheira and ¿Dónde está Elisa?.
