Ledge View Nature Center is located about two miles south of Chilton, Wisconsin. The main nature center building was built in 1981.

Visitors can enjoy walking or skiing on the trails. The nature center building explains the amazing geology of the area. You can learn about drumlins, which are hills shaped by glaciers, and the Niagara Escarpment, a huge cliff that runs through the region. The center also shows other cool features left behind by glaciers. There are even several caves you can explore by making an appointment. Don't forget to climb the tower for awesome views of the countryside and Chilton!

Calumet County Park is located about four miles northwest of Stockbridge, Wisconsin. It sits right along the eastern shore of Lake Winnebago. This park is open all year round and offers lots of fun activities.

In the summer, you can go camping or walk on the many trails. When winter arrives, you can even go downhill skiing! The Niagara Escarpment is a very noticeable feature in this park, with its steep cliffs and unique rock formations. The park also has a bit of history, as it once had a brickyard after the Civil War. You can also find several ancient effigy mounds in the upper campground area. These are special earthworks shaped like animals, built by Native Americans long ago.

Becker's Lake Park

Becker's Lake Park is the newest park in the Calumet County system. This park has been carefully designed with new prairie grass and wetlands. It's a great place to see local plants and wildlife.

Brothertown and Stockbridge Harbors

The Brothertown and Stockbridge harbors are important parts of the Calumet County Parks system. They are located near the city of Stockbridge and the town of Brothertown. The Stockbridge harbor is especially important because it is listed on the List of Registered Historic Places in Wisconsin. This means it's a very special site with a rich history.
