About Care Santos
Care Santos studied law and Spanish language at the University of Barcelona. She started her career as a journalist. She worked for newspapers like Diari de Barcelona, ABC, and El Mundo.
In 1995, Care Santos published her first book. It was a collection of short stories called Cuentos cítricos. After that, she wrote more books, including Trigal con cuervos and Los ojos del lobo.
Awards and Recognitions

- In 2007, her book Dissection won the Carmen Conde Women's Poetry Award.
