Carina Bär (born January 23, 1990, in Heilbronn, Germany) is a very successful German rower. She is known for winning many medals in big rowing competitions. These include the Olympic Games, World Rowing Championships, and European Rowing Championships. Carina has been part of amazing teams that have even set world records.

At the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Carina achieved her biggest dream. She was part of the German women's quadruple sculls team.
