Caroline Merola was born in Montreal, Quebec. She loved art from a young age. She studied art at college, focusing on plastic arts. This means she learned to create art like sculptures and drawings. Later, she earned a degree in fine art from Concordia University.
Her children's books are very popular. They have been translated into many languages. You can find her stories in English, Czech, and Arabic. Caroline also worked in television. She was a host for the Télé-Métropole program Plexi-Mag. She also wrote for the magazine Titanic.
