A Glimpse into Carrie's Past
Carrie once had its very own post office. This post office first opened its doors in 1901. For many years, it served the people of Carrie, helping them send and receive letters and packages. However, the post office eventually closed down in 1961. After it closed, residents likely started getting their mail from a nearby post office in another community.
