What's the Story About?
The movie follows the exciting adventures of two secret agents, Roger and Gwen. They are part of a special group called F.A.R.T., which stands for Furry Animals Rivalry Termination. Their job is to stop fights between cats and dogs. Roger, a dog, and Gwen, a cat, live in the same building in the suburbs of Seattle.
A New Threat Appears
One day, while animal police officers are meeting, an unknown animal hacker attacks their computers. This mysterious hacker appears on their screens. He warns them that a new threat is causing more and more aggressive behavior between cats and dogs around the world. He believes the F.A.R.T. agents cannot stop him.
Roger and Gwen are usually assigned to watch over just their building. But Gwen thinks Roger has special skills from his past. They decide to form a new team called Team Fortune. This team includes themselves, an older agent named Old Ed, and a Rottweiler named Duke.
Human Friends and a Secret Hacker
Meanwhile, we also see the daily lives of Max and Zoey, who are Roger and Gwen's human owners. Max is a young tennis player who loves training and competitions. He spends so much time on tennis that he doesn't play with his dog, Roger, as much. Zoey takes music lessons to help her dad, who is a singer-songwriter without a job.
At a nearby pet shop, we meet Pablo, a clever cockatoo, and Zeek, a lizard. Pablo started a group called C.A.C.A., which is for pets that are often overlooked because they look dangerous or strange. This group includes frogs, cobras, and fish. It turns out that Pablo is the hacker who disabled all the F.A.R.T. facilities!
Roger's Past
That evening, Gwen asks Roger about his past as a field agent. Roger explains that he needed to make quick, tough choices. He worried he might hurt his partner. Because of this, he decided to switch to scouting, which is a safer job.
