The Federal Center for Technological Education of Minas Gerais (Portuguese: Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais, CEFET-MG) is a special school in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais. It's a place where students learn about technology and many other subjects.
CEFET-MG is a big school that offers lots of different courses. It's located in the southeast of Brazil. About 15,000 students go there, and they are taught by 650 professors. The school focuses on teaching, research, and helping the community. It offers education for both high school and college students.

Courses Offered at CEFET-MG
CEFET-MG offers many different types of courses. These range from high school programs to advanced college degrees.
High School Courses
CEFET-MG has high school programs at all its campuses. Students who attend high school here also get a special degree. This degree is from one of the many professional and technology courses the school offers. To get in, students take admission exams at the end of each year.
Professional and Technical Courses
CEFET-MG offers professional and technical courses in three ways:
- Integrated: This is for students who want to finish high school at CEFET-MG. They also get a technical degree at the same time.
- External: This option is for students who are already in high school somewhere else. They can take technical courses at CEFET-MG.
- Subsequent: This is for people who have already finished high school. They can then come to CEFET-MG to get a technical degree.
Students usually take admission exams twice a year to get into these courses. However, the integrated courses have different admission times.

Students who do well on the ENEM exam are divided into two groups. One group starts classes in late February or early March. The other group begins in August.
