Cerro Castillo is a small village, also called a hamlet (which is a very small settlement), located in Chile. It is found in the Magallanes Region, which is in the southern part of the country. This village is the main town for the Torres del Paine area.
The village is very close to the border with Argentina. It has special offices for customs and immigration. These offices help people and goods cross the border between Chile and Argentina. The border crossing here is officially known as Río Don Guillermo.
