Chakuza's Music Journey
After training to be a chef, Peter Pangerl started his music career. He teamed up with DJ Stickle and MC J. Together, they formed a hip hop group called Verbale Systematik.
Becoming Beatlefield
In 2002, MC J left the group. Peter and DJ Stickle then changed their group's name to Beatlefield. They became a production duo, which means they focused on creating music beats for other artists.
Meeting Bushido
In 2005, Chakuza and DJ Stickle met the well-known rapper Bushido. They gave him a demo tape that showed off their music and production skills. Bushido was impressed. This meeting led to Chakuza and DJ Stickle joining Bushido's music label, ersguterjunge.
New Record Label
In November 2012, Chakuza signed with a new record label called Four Music. His fourth solo album, Magnolia, came out in March 2013. This album had a different sound. It was more focused on songwriting and less on electronic music than his earlier works.
