Cheri Dennis (born August 12, 1979) is an American singer from Cleveland, Ohio. She is known for her R&B music. Cheri has worked with many famous artists throughout her career.

Early Life and First Steps in Music
Cheri Dennis grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. She started her music journey as part of a girl group called Spoyled. After the group broke up, Cheri moved to New York City. This is where she began her professional singing career.
Cheri's Music Journey
Cheri Dennis first got noticed in 1999. She sang on several songs for the rapper Mase from his album Double Up. She met music producer Diddy at a party in New York. This meeting helped her start her recording career.
Later in 1999, she also appeared on Puff Daddy's album Forever. In 2001, Cheri officially joined Bad Boy Entertainment. She released her first solo song, "So Complete," on the album "The Saga Continues..." by P. Diddy and The Bad Boy Family.
Cheri's first official single, "I Love You," came out in late 2005. The music video for this song was shown on BET in May 2006. "I Love You" became popular, reaching No. 38 on Billboard magazine's R&B/Hip-Hop chart. Her next single, "Portrait of Love," also did well.
Her first album, In and Out of Love, was released in February 2008. It debuted at No. 74 on the Billboard 200 chart. One of her songs, "Ooh La La," was even used for the TV show Making The Band 3.
Recent Music and New Name
Cheri Dennis now goes by the name Cheri Coke. She has continued to create new music. She worked with artist MeLo-X on a song called "The Garden of Eden." This song is part of her second album, which is titled "X/COKE".
