Chinese Food in Minutes is a fun cooking show from the UK. It's based on a cookbook by the famous chef Ching He Huang. The cookbook, with the same name, came out in September 2009.
In each episode, Ching He Huang shows you how to make two different Chinese dishes. These include both traditional recipes and popular takeaway meals. Two people who have never cooked Chinese food before watch her cook.
Ching then creates a third dish that goes well with the main meal. She also shares helpful cooking tips for viewers at home. Each week, she focuses on a different part of Chinese cooking.
