Discovering the Story of Chispita
This telenovela tells the story of a young girl named Isabel. Her life changes completely after a sad accident.
Isabel's Early Life
Isabel's mother, María Luisa, and her father were in a bad car accident. Her father died, and María Luisa lost her memory. She could not remember anything, not even that she had a daughter.
Because of this, Isabel became an orphan. She was taken to an orphanage run by Father Eugenio. Isabel grew up there until she was 10 years old.
A New Home for Isabel
When Isabel turned 10, she was adopted by a kind man named Don Alejandro. He was a widower and already had two children, Juan Carlos and Lilí.
Isabel moved into Don Alejandro's home. There, she met Gloria, the maid, who quickly became her friend. Juan Carlos also became a good friend. However, Lilí and her tutor, Miss Irene, were not friendly. They tried to make Isabel's life difficult.
Searching for Her Mother
Later, a woman named Bertha appeared. She was María Luisa's sister. Bertha told Isabel that her mother had mysteriously disappeared. She encouraged Isabel to look for her.
Meanwhile, María Luisa, who still had no memory, decided to call herself Lucía. She found a job at the same orphanage where Isabel used to live. When Isabel met Lucía, they became good friends. Neither of them knew they were actually mother and daughter.
