Clementina Arderiu (born in Barcelona in 1889 – died in 1976) was an important Spanish poet. She wrote her beautiful poems in the Catalan language.
Her writing was inspired by other great Catalan writers. One key influence was Josep Carner. Her husband, the poet Carles Riba, also greatly shaped her work.
Clementina Arderiu's poems often made daily life seem special. She found beauty in simple, everyday things. Her words helped readers see the wonder in ordinary moments.
