CocoRosie facts for kids
CocoRosie is an American music group made up of two sisters, Bianca "Coco" Casady and Sierra "Rosie" Casady. They are known for their unique folk sound, which often mixes different styles of music. They have released five studio albums, including La maison de mon rêve and Noah's Ark. CocoRosie has also created music for two films.
Sierra Casady was born in Iowa, and Bianca Casady was born in Hawaii. As children, the sisters lived with their mother and moved to new towns almost every year. Sierra left home when she was about 14 years old. She is a trained singer with a beautiful soprano voice.
