Combat (juggling) facts for kids
Combat juggling is a cool sport where two or more players juggle three special clubs each. Think of it like a game of tag, but with juggling! Players can compete one-on-one, in teams, or everyone against everyone. The main goal is to keep your own clubs in the air while trying to make your opponents drop theirs.

How to Play Combat Juggling
Basic Rules for Combat Juggling
The game starts with all players juggling three clubs at the same time. Players are allowed to gently interfere with other players' juggling patterns. They should only touch the clubs, not the players themselves. If a player drops a club, or picks one up, or has one taken by an opponent, they are out of the game. The last person still juggling at least three clubs wins!
One-on-One Combat
In this version, two players go head-to-head. If one player drops a club, they don't get a point. The player who keeps juggling longer and finishes their pattern neatly (catching all three clubs without dropping any) wins the round.
Group Combat
This is the most common way to play. Many players compete together, all trying to make each other drop clubs. It's a lively game where everyone is an opponent! The last person left juggling three clubs is the winner.
Combat Juggling Competitions
Combat juggling is quite popular in places like Europe and the United States. There are exciting tournaments where jugglers show off their skills.
Major Tournaments
The most important international competition is the European Juggling Convention Fight Night. It's a big event where top jugglers compete. The World Juggling Federation also organizes Major League Combat, which is a team version of the sport.
Player Rankings
There's an unofficial world ranking list. This list includes all the players who have competed in the famous Fight Night events. It helps everyone see who the top combat jugglers are!
