European Juggling Convention Facts for Kids

The European Juggling Convention (often called EJC) is the biggest juggling event in the world! Thousands of people who love to juggle come together for it every year. It happens in a different country in Europe each summer.

Local groups organize the EJC with help from the European Juggling Association (EJA). This association started in 1987 in Saintes, France. At the EJC, you can find lots of fun activities. There are workshops where jugglers can learn new tricks. There's also a "renegade" show, which is a fun performance just for the participants. Plus, there are games, public shows, and more! The whole event usually lasts about a week. Most people stay in tents they bring themselves.
