This album was his first to appear on the Billboard music charts. In March 2015, Corey Paul joined Collision Records. By December of that year, he released his second album, "Today Tomorrow Forever," which also appeared on the Billboard charts. In July 2017, he announced he was leaving Collision Records.

Corey Paul was born on March 10, 1987, in Houston, Texas. He was raised by his mother and stepfather. As a child, Corey faced many difficult challenges in his family and neighborhood.
As a teenager, Corey was involved in the street culture and party scene in Houston. He enjoyed the city's "chopped and screwed" music. However, he soon realized that this lifestyle would not solve the problems or sadness he saw around him. At this point, Corey decided to trust God. In 2010, he started "Frontline Media Group." This is a record label that creates and shares music. The music aims to bring hope, positive messages, and a belief in something bigger than daily struggles.
