Elias Brown (born March 28, 1896 – died December 25, 1937) was a famous American baseball player. He was known by his nicknames "Country" or "Circus Country". Elias played as an outfielder in the Negro Leagues from 1918 to 1933.

Country Brown was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He began his professional baseball journey in 1918. His first team was the Bacharach Giants. In that same year, he also played for the Hilldale Club and the Lincoln Giants.
