Curren Caples (born January 10, 1996) is an American professional skateboarder. He is known for his exciting style in park skateboarding. Curren became a professional skateboarder in March 2013. His very first professional competition was the Tampa Pro, where he finished 69th.

Curren Caples has achieved many great things in his skateboarding career. He has competed in several big events, including the X Games.
Early X Games Success
At the X Games in Barcelona in 2013, Curren won a silver medal in the park skateboarding event. This was a big achievement for him. Later that same year, at the X Games in Munich, he won a gold medal in park skateboarding. He even beat a very strong competitor named Pedro Barros in that event.
More Wins and Competitions
In 2014, at the X Games in Austin, Curren continued his success. He qualified second in the park skateboarding event, right behind Pedro Barros. In the final, Curren skated his best and won first place! He also tried the street skateboarding event, but he didn't make it to the final six. Besides skateboarding, Curren also enjoys surfing. In 2013, he won a surfing contest called VQS in Kauai. More recently, he competed in the 2019 CBDMD Peahi Championships in Maui, finishing 18th.
