Joining Boca Juniors
In July 2005, Daniel moved to a famous Argentine club, Boca Juniors. While playing for Boca, he helped the team win several important titles. These included the Apertura 2005 and Clausura 2006 championships. He also won the 2005 Copa Sudamericana with them.

Retirement and Comeback
Daniel decided to stop playing professional football in December 2009. He was 29 years old at the time. This was because he had a knee injury that kept him from playing for Banfield. However, he returned to football in 2011. He played for Douglas Haig.
Playing for Argentina
Daniel Biloš has family roots in Croatia. In 2006, he was offered the chance to play for the Croatian national team in the World Cup in Germany. But he chose not to, hoping to play for his birth country, Argentina.
Making His Debut
After the 2006 World Cup, a new manager, Alfio Basile, took over the Argentine team. Basile had been Daniel's manager at Boca Juniors. This gave Daniel a great chance to join the national squad. Daniel made his first appearance for Argentina in a friendly match against Brazil. This game was played at the Emirates Stadium in London, England.
Scoring for His Country
Even though Argentina lost to Brazil, Daniel continued to be chosen for the national team. On October 10, 2006, he scored Argentina's only goal in a friendly match against Spain. Argentina lost that game 2–1.
