Solving the Mystery: The Plot
This book follows the famous teen detectives, Frank and Joe Hardy. They meet Terrence McCauley, a well-known stuntman. Terrence is also a friend of their dad, Fenton Hardy. Terrence's father, Brian, did not want him to become a stuntman. But Terrence followed his dream anyway.
Danger for a Stuntman
Now, someone is trying to hurt Terrence. He has already faced two dangerous attacks. To keep him safe, Joe Hardy decides to go undercover. Joe enters the "Daredevil Fest." This is a big competition to find the best young stuntman. Joe's real mission is to act as Terrence's bodyguard. He needs to protect Terrence from the person who is stalking him.
More Accidents and a Kidnapping
During the competition, more scary accidents happen. Each time, Joe is there to save Terrence. The Hardy Boys think they know who the stalker is. But then, something shocking happens. The mystery person kidnaps Frank and Joe's parents! This makes the case much harder for the brothers. They have to start their investigation almost from the beginning.
Unmasking the Villain
Frank and Joe work hard to solve the puzzle. They finally discover the truth. The person trying to harm Terrence is named Slim Billy. Terrence had accidentally caused a problem for Slim Billy in the past. Slim Billy is now seeking revenge. He wants to get back at Terrence for what happened. The Hardy Boys must stop him before it's too late!
