David Firth, born in 1982 or 1983, is a talented animator from England. He is well-known for creating the animated web series Salad Fingers, which started in 2004. He also helped write the film Kuso in 2017.

Early Life and Animation Beginnings
David Firth was born in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. His parents, Rosemary and Graham Firth, were both artists. He started making animations when he was just 13 years old. He used Lego and other toys to create his first stop-motion videos.
Later, he studied animation at the University of Lincoln's Hull campus. He also learned about television and film.
David Firth's Creative Career
In July 2004, David Firth launched his popular animated web series, Salad Fingers. He created this series using Adobe Flash. This made him a notable artist in the world of Flash animation.
- The first ten episodes of Salad Fingers came out between 2004 and 2013.

Other Animation Projects

Firth also helped create a funny character named MC Devvo. This character is a dimwitted "chav" played by his friend Christian Webb. Their videos made fun of the music scene in Doncaster.
