Disney Fam Jam is a fun American dance competition TV show that first aired on Disney Channel on February 23, 2020. This exciting series is hosted by Ariel Martin, Trevor Tordjman, and Phil Wright.

What is Disney Fam Jam?
Disney Fam Jam is a dance competition where two families show off their best moves. Each family works hard to create an amazing dance routine.
How the Competition Works
Phil Wright, a talented choreographer, helps the families learn and perfect their dance steps. He teaches them cool moves and helps them put together their routines.
While the families dance, Ariel Martin and Trevor Tordjman host the main event. They keep the energy high and cheer on the families.
Winning the Fam Jam Trophy
After both families perform, the audience gets to vote for their favorite dance. The family with the most votes wins a grand prize of $10,000! They also get to take home the special Fam Jam Trophy. The other family, who comes in second place, receives $2,500.
How Disney Fam Jam Was Made
Disney Fam Jam was inspired by Phil Wright's popular online dance classes called The Parent Jam. These classes showed how much fun families can have dancing together.
Starting the Show
On October 11, 2019, Disney Channel decided to create the TV series. Production for the show began in November 2019. This means they started filming the episodes.
Who Made It Happen
The show was produced by a company called Matador Content. Many people worked behind the scenes to bring the show to life. Jay Peterson, Todd Lubin, Irene Dreayer, and Phil Wright were some of the main people in charge, called executive producers. James Sunderland was the showrunner, overseeing everything.
The first episode of Disney Fam Jam premiered on February 23, 2020.
