Dodoria is a strong alien character from the popular anime series Dragon Ball Z. He is known for being one of the main helpers of the powerful villain Frieza.

What Does Dodoria Look Like?
Dodoria is a very big and round alien warrior. He has sharp spikes sticking out from his arms and head. He wears the special armor that many of Frieza's soldiers wear. This armor includes shoulder pads and a green device called a scouter, which helps him detect power levels.
Dodoria's Role in the Story
Before the main events of Dragon Ball Z, Dodoria was always by Frieza's side, along with another warrior named Zarbon. He saw Frieza destroy Planet Vegeta, the home world of the Saiyans. Before this happened, Dodoria and his team were sent to defeat Bardock and his fighting group. Dodoria managed to kill most of Bardock's team. However, he left Bardock alive after hitting him with a powerful mouth blast. Both Frieza and Zarbon were not happy that Dodoria was careless and let Bardock live.
Dodoria later went with Frieza and Zarbon to the green Planet Namek. They were looking for the Namekian Dragon Balls, which can grant wishes. While searching in a village, Dodoria attacked some villagers. Before he could hurt Dende, a young Namekian, Krillin and Gohan attacked Dodoria. Dodoria chased them, but they got away when Krillin used a blinding attack called Solar Flare. Dodoria then launched a huge attack over a wide area, thinking he had defeated them.
On his way back, Dodoria was surprised by Vegeta. Vegeta was much stronger than Dodoria. Dodoria tried to make a deal with Vegeta by telling him the secret of how Planet Vegeta was destroyed. But Vegeta did not care. Vegeta killed Dodoria when he tried to escape. Dodoria only appears again briefly in the movie Fusion Reborn and in the Super Android 17 Saga, where characters from Hell escape. He is defeated again in both of these appearances.
Dodoria's Special Powers
Dodoria mainly uses his great strength to defeat his enemies. Like many other Dragon Ball characters, he can shoot many strong energy blasts very quickly. He can also fire powerful blasts from his mouth. A special thing about Dodoria is how he uses his large size. Even though he is big, he is very fast. He can spin around and perform attacks in the air, despite his weight.
Dodoria in Video Games
Dodoria has appeared as a character you can play in several video games. These include Dragon Ball Z: Budokai, Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi, and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2. He is also in Dragon Ball Z: Super Sonic Warriors 2, but only as a support character.
