Earl C. Gurley (born August 6, 1898 – died November 6, 1968) was an American baseball player. He was an outfielder in the Negro leagues from 1922 to 1932. The Negro leagues were professional baseball leagues. They were formed when Black players were not allowed in Major League Baseball.
