Ed and Oucho's Excellent Inventions is a fun children's TV show. It stars Ed Petrie and his funny puppet cactus friend, Oucho. Oucho is brought to life by Warrick Brownlow-Pike. Before this show, Ed and Oucho were popular presenters on CBBC.

The main idea of the show was that children would send in their ideas for cool inventions. In each episode, Ed and Oucho would try to build one of these amazing inventions!

The inventions you saw on the show were actually built by a company called Artem Ltd. This company is famous for making props and special effects for TV shows and movies.

The second series of the show started filming in August 2009. It then aired from January 2, 2010, on BBC Two.
